The proposal conceives the centre as a single gesture which is woven with the ground.
A big, linear-extended deck and under it, are disposed the volumes of the program areas. A structuring and continuous envelope that welcomes diversity of uses and functional and formal requirements. An horizontal trace that frames a set of lights and shadows.
From the city is seen as a continuous and horizontal façade, from the field, as a new topography, a large surface diluted in the territory.
