The proposal organizes 16 apartments in three parallel blocks. Between them are two interconnected ventilation courtyards on level -1, where an outdoor communal space is located. The option of parking was rejected due to the resulting low number of spaces.
Perpendicular circulation routes and access points connect the two streets despite the significant difference in elevation, both for pedestrians and visually.
Access points at the highest points of the two streets help preserve privacy on the ground floors.
The arrangement of the communal spaces against the party wall allows for easy connection between the two streets and the distribution of the three blocks around a single central core. The proposal allows for the possibility of installing a second elevator to comply with the new habitability regulations.
