The four proposed bands do not follow the guidelines of the street or neighboring buildings, but are arranged in a new internal order. The introduction of this new grid creates a distinctive effect for pedestrians, surprising them and stimulating them in accordance with the entrepreneurial spirit of its users.
The autonomy of the roof as a continuous element transforms the sequential relationship of the bands into a single gesture, consolidating and giving meaning to the whole.
The subtle inflections of this envelope are reflected in the facades, creating a unique rhythm that distinguishes it from the other buildings and gives it a landmark character capable of accentuating its presence and autonomy.
This approach allows for division into two or more phases, a requirement of the competition guidelines.
