A white volume atop a plinth hints at the landscaped interior. A box that juts out over the plaza, asserting its institutional and public service character. The landscaped courtyards lend the building a more abstract exterior appearance, concentrating ventilation and natural light within a second skin. The continuous, opaque exterior volume takes on a more representative character, contrasting with the treatment of the interior spaces, which are designed to respond to the human scale.Un volum blanc sobre un sòcol que insinua amb la forma la zona interior enjardinada. Una caixa que es llança sobre la plaça amb voluntat de marcar-ne el caràcter institucional i de servei públic. Els patis enjardinats permeten que l’edifici tingui una imatge exterior més abstracta concentrant les ventilacions i la il·luminació en una segona pell. La volumètrica exterior continua i opaca adquireix un caràcter més representatiu contrastant amb el tractament dels espais interiors on es vol respondre a l’escala humana.
